    Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:<\/p>

    – Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.<\/p>

    – Software licenses, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>

    – Warranty-related issues; customers must contact the vendor’s authorized warranty center for claims.<\/p>

      To request a refund, you must:<\/p>

      1. Contact our support team within TWO days of receiving the product.<\/li>
      2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice\/order confirmation) and images of the defective product.<\/li>
      3. Return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories.<\/li>
      4. Once received, our team will inspect the product and process the refund if eligible.<\/li><\/ol>

          – Customers are solely responsible for the installation of hardware and software.<\/p>
